After a storm the important thing is knowing what actually happened up there. We get on the roof, document what we find, and help you take it to your insurance if there is a claim in it.
Wind damage is usually obvious. Hail is not. It bruises the mat under the granules, and from the ground the roof can look completely normal while its life has been cut in half. Those bruises turn into leaks a year or two later, long after the storm that caused them.
That is why it is worth having someone get up there after a real storm rather than waiting for a stain on the ceiling. If there is nothing, we will tell you there is nothing. If there is, you want it documented while the storm date is still recent.

Wind, hail and fallen limbs, on your roof and on the insurance side of it.
